Return Policy for SAFETY EQUIPMENT

All returns required  a RA ( Return Authorization) You can obtain your RA by calling our offices  at (305)  597-2555 during business hours (Monday - Friday  8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time).

• The returned merchandise must be received in the original condition and packing.
• Customer is responsable for  Freight charges as necessary.
• There is a restocking charge equivalent to 20% of the purchased item.

You can get either and exhange for any other items in our inventory or you can get a full refund, as long as we get the merchandise within 15 days of the billing date.
 

Return Policy for  WELDING MACHINES

All sales are final. There is no exchanges or refunds, however  the brands " MILLER"  and "HOBART" carry  factory warranties.  We will be happy to assist directing our customers to the corresponding manufacturer.
